Our take

Mudflap gives you two ways to buy fuel: use your existing payment method in the app, or apply for a fleet card with credit and driver controls. The app is the simpler place to check whether its stops work for your routes. Selected reviews support the convenience, but do not establish that every fill-up is cheaper. Compare the final price after payment fees, then weigh the card’s wider acceptance against its repayment schedule and the time payments take to restore available credit.

What stands out

A closer look at Mudflap

Savings at my stops

Check your regular stops first. The app’s fuel-code price lock and the card’s price at the swipe are different; an outside-network rebate also arrives later than an in-network discount.
