Which savings apply to you

Published small-fleet discounts apply to fleets with 20 or fewer trucks at application. Larger fleets need a custom quote.

US truck-stop coverage includes Pilot/Flying J, Love’s, TA/Petro and regional chains. Check individual stops and the network of your chosen card.

Chain approval and full, on-time payment are required. Advertised rates may change after 12 months; the agreement also allows discount changes or withdrawal.

The highest advertised Max discounts require active factoring enrollment, fewer than 21 trucks, chain approval and full, on-time payment. Evaluate the factoring agreement separately.

Fleet Card uses the proprietary fuel network. Mastercard and OnRoad add different purchasing and driver-funding options; request their own pricing and terms.

Comdata is part of Corpay. Its trucking fuel programs are separate from its payroll and personal payment products.

Funding, fees and leaving

Credit is subject to application review. Comdata sets and may adjust the limit; security may be requested.

The billing cycle is agreed during setup and may shorten with written notice. Pay the full amount by the statement due date; there is no universal published net-30 term.

Load from an eligible US bank account, debit card or credit card. Fuel purchases require an available balance; loads may take time to become available. Pay as You Go may be offered.

Connect cards are for fuel only: cash and non-fuel purchases are excluded.

Connect credit-card loads and Pay as You Go credit-card repayments carry 1.90% where permitted. Charges to cover a negative balance or fees are excluded.

The greater of $150 or 13.99% of the overdue amount, excluding previous late fees and interest, subject to legal limits.

Annual WSJ Prime plus 4%, prorated for overdue days, with the agreement’s exclusions and legal limits.

SmartFleet and TotalAdvantage list $3 per $200 increment. Connect does not support cash transactions.

Drivers unlock a card for fueling; it returns to a locked state afterward. Activation and a supported workflow are required.

Uses compatible vehicle-location and tank-level data to flag or decline suspect purchases. Confirm the connection and settings your fleet needs.

Transaction monitoring, driver scorecards and trip-planning insights help identify where drivers could buy fuel more economically.

Advertises 24/7 telephone support. Complex account services and card configuration are not all available around the clock.

The SmartFleet agreement distinguishes credit from prepaid accounts and fewer than ten from ten or more issued cards. Fraud controls are not a blanket reimbursement guarantee.
