Browsing and saved companies
Browsing does not require an account or email. Your saved-company list and unfinished review are stored in your browser on this device. Clearing browser storage removes them. Drafts can include your email and written experience, so use a device you trust.
Email resume links
If you request a resume link, we save your unfinished answers and form progress on our servers. The private link works for 30 days from the first save, after which the draft is scheduled for deletion. Changes you make while that saved form is open are saved to the same link. Anyone with the link can open that draft. Saving a draft does not submit it, contact a company or subscribe you to marketing.
Basic site activity
We count actions such as searches, profile visits, saved companies and review submissions to find problems and improve the site. These totals do not contain your search text, email, review text or a visitor identifier. These basic counters do not use analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences stop browser activity reporting. Security checks temporarily use a hashed network address to limit abuse.
We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Essential cookies and browser storage support functions such as email verification, saved companies and unfinished forms.
Matching questions
Your matching answers stay in this browser tab’s session storage until you submit a company inquiry. You can view the shortlist without giving contact details. Closing the tab clears those local answers.
Company inquiries
When you choose a company and submit the contact form, we save your name, email and phone number, optional company details, preferred contact method, selected company, matching answers and your permission to follow up. These details go to the private Carrier Alliance inbox so our team can respond about that company. They are not published or added to a marketing list. When you accept the linked terms and privacy policy on the request form, our team may share the request with that named company. Carrier Alliance or the company may follow up using your selected contact method. Older requests retain the permission given at the time; permission is not expanded later. An inquiry does not create an account with or apply to the company.
We email an alert to our team through Resend. The alert points to the private inbox; it does not include your survey answers or contact details. Company inquiries follow the contact-message retention period below. You can request deletion through Contact.
Factoring shopping requests
Quote requests do not require email verification. Your saved receipt lets you return to that request on the same browser tab. Quote emails include a private link that opens that request for 30 days. Anyone with the link can view and manage the request, so keep it private. This access does not verify your email for reviews or unlock other records.
With your submission permission, Carrier Alliance selects factoring companies and shares the business and quote details needed to request written offers. Your email, current costs and company feedback stay private with us. We include your current factor only if you ask us to. Reviews and anonymous cost contributions have separate permissions. Older requests retain their original permission until you approve a change.
Finding and comparing offers
When you submit a quote request, you authorize Carrier Alliance to use your business and quote details to select companies, contact them and obtain offers for you. We coordinate the conversations and keep you updated by email. For new requests, email and phone are required, and Carrier Alliance may call you about your request. This does not authorize other companies to call you or subscribe you to marketing. Your email, phone number, current costs and private feedback stay with Carrier Alliance. We contact your current service company only if you ask us to. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize company sales calls. Requests submitted under earlier terms keep their original permissions.
Verification and review submission
We send a code through Resend to verify access to your inbox. Your email, verification records and moderation notes stay private. They are used to limit repeated submissions, support review updates and assess abuse. We do not add verification addresses to a marketing list.
Unsubmitted review text stays in browser storage. When you submit, we save your answers and email privately on our server, even if email verification is not yet complete. A private receipt on your device lets you return to verify. Clearing browser storage removes that receipt, but does not delete the submitted review. Codes expire and work once.
Remembering your details
After verification, we privately remember the current business details and service relationships you supply in reviews. You can edit applicable answers in the next questionnaire. Deliberate current-detail changes in a successfully submitted, verified review update those saved details; older reviews keep their own context. Former-company answers describe that period and do not change your current business details.
Your saved details remain after a session ends. Email-code recovery verifies access before bringing them back. Matching and inquiry forms may prefill applicable details, but edits there apply only to that journey or request. Contact permission is always separate. You can use Contact to request deletion of your private saved details.
After you confirm your email, a secure session can bring back your email and business basics for another review. On a private device you can choose 30 days; otherwise the session lasts up to four hours and the cookie is removed when the browser session ends. “Not you?” signs out this device. A new device must confirm email access before it can retrieve saved basics. Each review has its own feedback and permission.
Optional review invitations
You may separately opt in to one invitation to review another service. This creates a private draft for our team to review after seven days; automated sending is not enabled. You can turn off invitations after confirming your email. Suppression records prevent another invitation from being queued.
What a published review shows
Your rating, written experience, role, fleet size, customer status and duration of use may be published. Equipment and operating model may also be published. Detailed cost, volume and service-use answers in the current form stay private. Older reviews retain the details originally approved for publication. Your email and private moderation notes are not shown.
Separate preferences
Accepting our Terms & Conditions and this policy does not opt you into marketing, review invitations, anonymous cost contributions or remembering a device. Those choices remain separate. Permission to contact a current company or to let a company contact you directly is also separate where offered.
Moderation history and updates
We retain previous review versions and moderation decisions to manage updates and disputes. A new version replaces the current review after moderation; it does not add another rating for the same offering.
Product links and suggestions
Product-documentation links take you to other websites with their own privacy policies. Corrections and company suggestions are held for editorial review. Please do not include personal information or private account details in them.
Contact messages
We store your name, email, topic and message in our private contact inbox so our team can respond and handle your request. Contact messages are not published or added to a marketing list.
How long information stays
Unverified review and cost submissions are eligible for deletion after 30 days. Private receipts for verified submissions expire after 90 days. Expired verification records and rate-limit records are eligible for deletion after one day; contact messages and company inquiries after 90 days from closure. Cleanup runs in batches during site use, so removal may happen later. Anonymous activity totals are kept for up to 400 days, plus the cleanup interval.
Published reviews, pending edits and moderation history are retained while we maintain the review or handle a dispute. You can request removal through Contact. Removing a review from the website does not automatically erase its private history; tell us if you are requesting deletion of that information as well. Private backup copies are kept separately for recovery and replaced within 30 days.
Request a correction or removal
Contact us or use the correction link on the company’s profile to identify the review and your request without posting your email publicly. We may ask you to verify the same inbox before changing or removing a review.
