Our take

AtoB deserves a look if your fuel spending is spread across drivers and you want clearer records alongside prepaid or approved credit. Customers describe useful account help and easier expense tracking; other accounts show why the biggest advertised discount is not enough to choose a card. Compare several weeks of net fuel costs at your own stops, including card fees. Then check when payments restore spending capacity and how disputes are handled. Those details matter most when a driver needs to fuel before the next freight payment arrives.

What stands out

A closer look at AtoB

Savings at my stops

Compare net prices at the stops you actually use, then review several statements after fees. An average from partner locations cannot establish your savings, and a larger discount can still leave a higher final price.

Supporting details

Truck Diesel discounts can require high-flow pumps in the truck lanes. A nearby station or the front-of-house pumps may not qualify. Source ↗

Customer experience: Some report worthwhile savings; two say another diesel card performed better. One describes comparing ten weeks of purchases.

What comes out of your pocket?

Card and setup fees

Unlimited: $3 per active card. Flex: $15 for 1–5 cards, then $3 per additional card. The main pricing page lists $35 once per account for either plan. The separate Unlimited landing page still lists $25. Confirm which setup fee applies before enrolling.

Optional software and payment fees

Premium adds $3 per card each month. The pricing page advertises an initial three-month Unlimited trial; confirm enrollment and renewal terms. The statement guide lists no fee for bank ACH, which can take up to five business days to post. Debit or credit card payments carry an unspecified percentage fee.

Confirm the late-fee schedule

The dated help policy lists 9% of the overdue balance, minimum $99, then another 6% after 30 days. Moving the payment date can still trigger a penalty or card interruption. The card page instead shows 5% in its table and 3%, minimum $35, in its FAQ. Get the fee schedule for your account; no single universal late fee is established here.

Will it save you money where you already stop?

Measure the final price

The 42¢ diesel average describes partner-truck-stop transactions in the second half of 2025. It is not a promised saving on your routes. FuelMap supports route and fuel-type searches. Pump prices can change before the map updates; check the current price and the applicable cents-off discount.

Use the qualifying pump

Truck Diesel discounts can require high-flow pumps in the truck lanes. A nearby station or the front-of-house pumps may not qualify.

Check acceptance separately

The current homepage describes US Mastercard acceptance; only participating locations offer fuel discounts. The fuel-card page mixes Visa wording with Mastercard acceptance and issuer disclosures. Confirm the network and eligible merchants for your issued card.

When does the money leave your bank?

Prepaid funding

Load the Wallet before spending. Debit funding is described as taking minutes; ACH or wire can take several days. Automatic deposits are available.

Available credit is not the same as money debited

The credit guide describes weekly limits affected by spending, payments and arrears. A debit leaving your bank does not necessarily mean available credit has been restored. Underwriting sets the billing period. The statement guide says a longer cycle requires another review; do not assume every account receives net-30 terms.

Requesting more credit

Limit increases require underwriting; bank statements or a working Plaid connection may be requested. Temporary increases are also subject to approval.

Can you keep track of what each driver spends?

Set the right policies

Set transaction, daily and weekly limits, purchasing hours and merchant/category rules. Tag policies override individual card limits and account defaults. Drivers can unlock by app or text. Telematics can block or alert on purchases; settings and connectivity affect how the controls operate.

Reports and exports

Group spend by driver, card or vehicle; export PDF or CSV and schedule daily, weekly or monthly reports to account users. The September 2026 report release does not group/filter by merchant or group by product type. Use the transaction export for that detail.

What if a charge is wrong—or you want to leave?

Dispute timing and responsibility

File a dispute within 110 days. The guide describes 30–90 days after processor submission; charges remain payable and temporary credits are discretionary. The dispute guide excludes purchases made by your drivers outside your instructions. Those cases need to be addressed with the driver.

Ask for the current agreement

Flex purchases are paid off at the end of the billing period. Request the current cancellation and Premium renewal terms with your offer.

More on this

The currently linked agreement and the previously cited PDF were inaccessible on September 12, 2026. Cancellation, renewal and offer-specific fees remain unverified; request the actual document before signing.

Who do you call when the card will not work?

Account support

AtoB advertises 24-hour email, phone and chat support. Availability does not promise a resolution time.

More on this

Use dashboard chat, support@atob.com or 833-947-2862, as listed in AtoB’s credit guide.

Optional driver payouts

Driver Pay sends net pay, settlements and advances from the Wallet. The September 2026 guide lists no fleet payout fee; instant driver withdrawals may cost extra. It does not calculate payroll taxes.

More on this

The homepage describes a different transfer menu with a 1% fee. Confirm that you are using the Driver Pay flow described in the September guide.
