Billing, accounting and driver pay

Configurable invoices delivered by paper, email or EDI, with document-management interfaces.

General ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and multinational payroll are listed in the accounting suite. Confirm the proposed modules and jurisdiction setup.

Configured driver contracts generate unapproved pay from dispatch activity. Pay and deductions can be edited before Driver Pay Audit approval.

Approved statements can feed checks, direct deposits or payroll timesheets, depending on the driver, vendor or payroll configuration.

Document-management interfaces connect shipment paperwork and images to billing workflows. Confirm the chosen document provider and licensing.

Optional modules and connections

Scanner workflows cover dock receiving, unloading, damage records, reweighing and remeasuring.

Connects ETA and arrival information to shipment visibility. Confirm supported tracking sources and entitlement.

Published partners include Motive, Samsara, ISAAC, EROAD, Omnitracs and PeopleNet. Connection scope and third-party costs need a quote.

A TMT interface connects fleet-maintenance information. TMT is a separate solution, not an included maintenance entitlement.

TruckMate REST APIs require separate licensing and a configured API server, either self-hosted or hosted by Trimble.

Finance endpoints for invoices, payments and general-ledger data are available from TruckMate 2024.3 onward. Verify the installed version and licensed access.

EDI interfaces support customer and partner exchanges; EDI Compare identifies changed order details for review.

Optional fuel-card imports and state-mileage/IFTA tools are listed. Confirm supported cards, mileage sources and filing responsibilities.

Hosting and implementation

Available on-premises or in a single-tenant environment hosted by Trimble. A hosted installation is not proof that every workflow runs in a browser.

Quote required. Trimble advertises monthly hosted subscription bundles without a public dollar price. Scope users, modules, hosting and implementation in the quote.

Hosted subscriptions advertise infrastructure monitoring, backup and disaster recovery. Request the contracted scope and recovery objectives.

Guided implementation and training are offered. Establish migration, configuration, integrations, acceptance and staff responsibilities in the project scope.

Client Center provides documentation and case tracking; Trimble Learn offers videos, articles and webinars. These resources do not establish included consulting hours.

Hosting infrastructure support is separate from application support. Customers remain responsible for local connectivity and third-party software support.

Agreement and support

The customer-terms index says documents apply when expressly incorporated into an order. Confirm the versions, licensed modules and implementation statement of work attached to yours.

When incorporated into your order, the January 2026 subscription terms set the initial term by order form, then renew for one year unless notice is given 90 days before expiry.

If those subscription terms apply, early exit charges cover remaining monthly fees plus tax. Hosted-data return must be requested within 30 days after termination.
