Full Service — configurable operations

Starts at $2,080/month. Unlimited users are advertised; written capacity and service limits still matter.

Full Service lists custom fields, objects, boards and automations, alongside orders, loads, dispatch, tracking, invoices and freight audit.

Full Service advertises a 90-day implementation. Agree on data migration, configurations, training and acceptance milestones for your own rollout.

Rose Rocket introduced TMS.ai in February 2025 for its Platform product. Classic remained separate; older reviews do not establish current TMS.ai behavior.

Enterprise — access and service levels

Custom pricing, with dedicated account support, custom service levels, SSO/SAML and custom integrations.

Enterprise lists unlimited API access. Confirm endpoints, supported records, implementation and any third-party charges.

Standard contractual support is 9 a.m.–7 p.m. EST, excluding holidays. Some outside-hours and third-party troubleshooting is chargeable; Enterprise service levels depend on the agreement.

The agreement permits charges beyond the Sales Order capacity. On-site or additional professional services and third-party licenses may cost extra.

Dispatch, driver updates and documents

Create a driver, assign the order and assets, then send the shipment to the Driver Mobile App.

Drivers can view assignments, update dispatch and capture delivery photos or signatures in the mobile app.

The Platform ELD guide describes location refreshes every 15 minutes, plus hours-of-service and duty-status data. Confirm device and subscription support.

TED connects selected Gmail or Outlook folders and syncs every 10 minutes. It offers manual review or automatic creation of orders and quotes.

TED’s guide says it works best with point-to-point shipments; multi-leg LTL support is still improving. Test changed stops and complex email threads.

TED shows proposed field changes for review. Approve or reject them before applying updates to an existing order.

Document Builder creates templates for bills of lading, invoices, rate confirmations, manifests and pay statements using record fields.

Billing, accounting and driver pay

The Platform supports individual invoices and consolidated invoices for the same customer and currency. Consolidation requires the relevant paid receivables module.

QuickBooks Online setup requires a connected QuickBooks account and the Rose Rocket receivables module.

The guide describes automatic syncs hourly during weekday work hours, with manual sync available. Invoices and bills are exported or re-exported, not imported.

The Desktop guide requires a version from the last three years and Web Connector. Confirm the necessary receivables and payables modules.

Map bill lines to QuickBooks products, services or GL codes and select the vendor. Desktop exports can remain pending until QuickBooks is open.

The carrier-bill export guide says taxes must be added in QuickBooks. Have your bookkeeper demonstrate the complete tax treatment.

Driver pay can be recorded on orders or manifests. Per-mile calculations use recorded miles; other pay types require quantities. Templates require the payroll module.

Pay stubs group driver trip costs and can be downloaded or emailed. The guide covers gross pay only, without tax or government deductions.

Connections, implementation and agreement

The guide lists connections including Motive, Samsara and Geotab. Available fields and refresh behavior should be checked for your account.

The integration index lists load boards, ELDs, accounting and tracking services. Verify the exact records exchanged and any separate vendor subscription.

The October 2025 terms set a minimum one-year term, or longer Sales Order term, renewing for the same initial duration unless notice is given at least 30 days before expiry.

The terms allow 30 days after termination to retrieve electronic customer data. Confirm the export format and arrange it before that window ends.

Demonstrate your lanes, currency and tax handling. Published cross-border document templates alone do not establish a complete customs or accounting workflow.
