PCS advertises document-to-load capture, load ranking and driver recommendations. Confirm availability and controls in your proposed package.

Cortex describes sequencing drivers across successive loads. Test the recommendations against your own operating rules.

The mobile product provides load information, communication, asset visibility and access to documents and pay details.

PCS describes the mobile app as free for drivers and administrators. This does not establish a free TMS subscription.

Billing, accounting and driver pay

Accounting connects loads, expenses, invoices, receivables and payables with dispatch.

Published tools include driver settlements and payroll with direct deposit for drivers and office staff.

PCS lists tax compliance and electronic filing. Confirm the forms and jurisdictions supported for your company.

Accounting provides profitability views, configurable dashboards, filters and report exports.

Integrations and operating reports

The integration directory lists Motive, Samsara, Geotab and PeopleNet. Confirm the required data flow and setup for your devices.

QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics appear in the integration directory. Agree on which system owns each accounting record.

Training, support and implementation

PCS describes its TMS as cloud-based. Confirm browser, network and device requirements before moving daily operations.

Each published certification track costs $199 per person; group rates are available. This is training pricing, not the software license.

Tracks cover accounting/payroll, truckload dispatch, LTL dispatch and safety/maintenance, with live virtual sessions over three to five weeks.

PCS publishes 24/7/365 technical support by phone and email. Agree on escalation and response expectations.

The dispatch FAQ says a few days, while the carrier FAQ says 30–90 days. Use an agreed project schedule, not the faster claim alone.

Software pricing and agreement

Software pricing is by quote. Request the included users, capabilities, connections and implementation charges.

PCS says packages depend on company size and needs. Have the quote state licensed users and any concurrent-access limits.

Get the software term, renewal, cancellation and data-export arrangements in writing; complete contract terms were not verified.

Have PCS demonstrate your routes, units, currencies, customer documents and payroll jurisdictions; cross-border suitability is configuration-specific.
