Our take

123Loadboard is worth trying when you want load search and operating-cost tools in one subscription. Its plan ladder makes the decision practical: start with the freight you can use, then decide whether broker checks and trip planning justify an upgrade. Selected customers appreciate walkthroughs and planning tools, while others question freight fit or dispute trial billing. Use the trial on your real lanes, with your equipment and costs. A good software walkthrough does not establish that the next suitable load will be there.

Premium · routing and broker checks

Adds mileage, routing, instant load/truck matching, credit ratings and days-to-pay. Up to two users.

Credit ratings and days-to-pay are listed from Premium upward. Use them to screen a counterparty alongside your own onboarding and payment requirements.

Premium Plus · rates and trip planning

Adds RateCheck and enhanced PC*Miler mileage and toll tools. Up to three users.

Carriers can submit or revise a rate on loads with bidding enabled. A DOT number is required; the broker or shipper contacts the carrier directly.

Marking a load booked creates its document folder. Upload rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and receipts; documents can be emailed to a broker, dispatcher or factor without a sending charge.

The current help describes monthly service with no required long-term contract. Keep the plan and renewal terms from your own signup.

The January 2026 help lists no setup or unsubscribe fee. That does not mean a billed subscription will be refunded.

The subscription bills automatically when the trial ends. The trial help describes those charges as nonrefundable.

For web or sales subscriptions, complete the unsubscribe assistant and retain its ticket number. Automatic billing is suspended and paid access continues to the end of the current period.

An Apple/iTunes subscription has a separate cancellation route. Use the instructions for the channel that actually bills you.
