The July 2026 product schedule limits DAT One load searching to 500 searches per user per month. Do not assume a higher tier provides unlimited searches.

DAT One mobile is included in each subscription; available features depend on the plan.

Enhanced · $149/month

$149/month. Adds 15-day lane averages for van, reefer and flatbed, with two web search tabs.

Load details include the posting company, MC number, Ansonia credit score, average days to pay and carrier-submitted reviews.

Pro · $169/month

$169/month. Seven-day lane averages, three web search tabs, preferred/blocked companies, TriHaul and Assurance support.

The carrier plan comparison lists Assurance credits of $250 for Pro, $500 for Select and $1,000 for Office.

Eligible loads must be registered and documentation supplied. Collection follows a 60-day waiting period; an unsuccessful collection may lead to an account credit after 120 days, subject to the agreement.

A supported integration needs the appropriate load-board and Connexion seats. Rate-data access has separate RateView requirements; capabilities depend on TMS certification.

Search, qualification and booking

Search by lane, geographic radius, load size and vehicle type. TruckersEdge is now DAT One.

DAT requires an active USDOT number, including for cargo vans and intrastate carriers. Leased owner-operators need their carrier’s authorization.

DAT validates an owner-operator’s authority. Third-party dispatch services have a separate verification process and carrier-authorization requirements.

DAT supplies the marketplace and information; it does not participate in the freight transaction or endorse a matched party.

Contact the broker by its listed phone or email. An Instant Book button appears only where enabled for that load.

Private-load options include an online booking request, a link to the broker’s portal, or a call. Only the online booking options require a posted rate.

Check equipment, length, weight, commodity, appointment hours and comments. Some fields or the offer rate may be left blank by the broker.

A new broker may have no score or a lower score. DAT says credit is one input, and third-party data is not guaranteed complete or accurate.

Account access and billing

The July 2026 terms default to automatic renewal with 30 days’ non-renewal notice unless the order form specifies otherwise.

The help page offers cancellation through Account → Subscriptions and says access ends at the billing-cycle close. This differs from the general terms’ default notice wording.

DAT’s published policy does not prorate a month already started or refund based on low usage.

Published prices exclude taxes. The terms allow a disclosed credit-card processing surcharge; billing terms are set by the order form.

The July 2026 Acceptable Use Policy prohibits shared logins and bad-faith or repetitive posts intended to game the platform.

One user may use web and mobile together, but a second mobile login ends the first session. Another user needs another license.

DAT publishes 24-hour support Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m.–4 p.m. weekends, labeled CST. Phone and email support are available.
