Approved carrier access

Approved carriers finding freight through RXO’s brokerage network. Access depends on onboarding and the loads available for your equipment and lanes.

Registration separates Brokerage/Load Board from Last Mile Carrier (Home Delivery). Select the program that matches your business.

Begin carrier registration through Highway, then create a separate Connect account once approved. Downloading the app alone does not complete onboarding.

Find and book suitable freight

Search for freight by location, schedule and capacity, including opportunities for the return trip.

Connect supports bids and counteroffers, plus Book Now on available loads. A search result alone is not a confirmed booking.

RXO publishes two-load round-trip opportunities when available. Check both legs against your timing and operating costs.

A dedicated-lane board provides another way to look for repeating freight opportunities. Availability depends on the posted lanes.

Post your truck so RXO can match freight to its location and availability and send notifications.

Get Me Home helps locate backhaul freight toward a chosen destination. It does not guarantee a return load.

Dispatch and driver tools

Connect handles search, offers, active loads and payment information. Drive uses the Connect account for owner-operators, dispatchers and company drivers.

RXO publishes GPS tracking, driver dispatch, live chat and proof-of-delivery upload in Drive.

RXO publishes API access to available loads and buying functions. Confirm access and compatibility with your TMS; this is not a claim of a ready-made integration for every system.

RXO announced in May 2025 that Coyote carrier and coverage operations had migrated to RXO Connect.

Standard Pay, QuickPay and AdvancePay

RXO Drive is advertised as a free load board. Optional faster payment has separate percentage fees.

No fee; 30 days from the completed invoice. Mailed check is the default; direct deposit requires TriumphPay.

2.5% per transaction; initiated the same day complete paperwork is received. Bank transfer may take another day. Requires TriumphPay.

4%; Comchek within one hour after completed delivery paperwork, Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m. Eastern. Prior approval and a request for each invoice are required.

Paperwork and factoring

Submit a complete invoice and proof of delivery. Standard and QuickPay paperwork can go through Connect or TriumphPay.

Use the dedicated AdvancePay process, not Connect/TriumphPay submission. This is after-delivery payment, not a pre-pickup fuel advance.

Factored carriers use Standard Pay; QuickPay and AdvancePay are unavailable. Manage the factoring assignment through TriumphPay.

TriumphPay manages direct deposit and QuickPay preferences. QuickPay can be selected by default or per invoice.

Notify RXO of accessorials within 24 hours and include receipts for final payment.

Load terms and assistance

The Motor Carrier Transportation Agreement controls conflicting Connect terms. Load tenders and shipper instructions still apply; optional platform use does not cancel accepted obligations.

RXO advertises carrier specialists available 24/7. This is not a guaranteed response time or the hours of every payment team.

TriumphPay support is staffed Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. RXO lists separate Standard Pay and QuickPay support routes.
