Carrier 360 · free load-board access

Carrier 360 is free to use. Faster-payment fees and load-specific terms are separate from access to the board.

Carrier 360 provides access to J.B. Hunt freight. Its carrier programs include ICS brokerage and separate power-only services.

Registration uses Highway to verify authority, insurance, identity, ownership and safety information before Carrier 360 setup.

Specific business units and load types can require additional insurance, equipment, experience or training. Obtain the requirements for the freight you intend to haul.

Find freight and accept a load

Search dry van, refrigerated, flatbed and power-only freight. Availability depends on the lane and program.

Filter pickup areas and equipment, review loaded and empty miles, and post available trucks. Recommended loads use preferences and load history.

Most loads support an offer or Book Now. These options depend on the load; not every posting can be booked instantly.

Users can see shipping and receiving facility ratings and amenities before booking. These are facility reviews, not broker credit reports.

An accepted offer leads to a load tender. Review it and accept, reject or request changes before dispatching the load.

Driver setup and trip updates

The driver needs a Carrier 360 account before assignment. Owner-operators must assign themselves to start tracking.

App tracking requires the assigned driver to keep Carrier 360 open or running in the background from pickup to delivery.

ELD or tracking integrations can automate arrival. Loaded and unloaded check calls still require manual entry.

The app supports document uploads from the camera or files, plus electronic invoices and payment management.

Standard Pay or Quick Pay

Published terms are 21 business days with no payment fee. Complete paperwork is required before payment processing.

Non-Elite carriers can enroll in Quick Pay for a 3% fee on payments.

J.B. Hunt advertises payment in two days, subject to restrictions. Submit the required paperwork and establish eligibility before relying on that timing.

Elite requires 90% app usage/automation, 95% on-time service, 95% completed loads and at least one load per month. Elite status must still apply when payment is processed.

Submit the bill of lading and invoice for each load. Free Quick Pay is conditional even when the carrier originally enrolled in Standard Pay.

PCS power-only and intermodal drayage loads are excluded. Factored payments require a release before switching; program rules can change.

To switch J.B. Hunt receivables to Quick Pay, provide an official letter of release from the factor and a completed Vendor Form.

Power-only freight

J.B. Hunt supplies the trailer for its power-only freight. The power-only page describes finding and booking these loads through Carrier 360.

Trailer reuse is described within J.B. Hunt’s power-only network. Coordinate empty-trailer availability with the representative; availability is not automatic.

Load terms and extra charges

J.B. Hunt directs carriers to the load tender for accessorial rates and its listed contact for questions. Its published accessorial guide is dated December 2020.

Public onboarding guidance does not establish one universal exit notice or minimum freight commitment. Review the agreement for your specific carrier program.
