Our take

Direct Freight is worth testing if you want another source of loads and a clear choice between searching, broker checks and rate tools. Selected customers found useful freight, while others ran into missing details or unsuitable loads. Enhanced is the first carrier tier with credit reports; Professional adds lane-rate tools. Use the limited free access to check your lanes before upgrading. The tradeoff is that finding a listing still leaves availability, shipment fit and payment arrangements to settle with its poster.
