Our take

A 90-day agreement

Thunder is worth comparing if you want a named contact and help managing invoices from the truck. Customers who value their account managers describe useful day-to-day support, but other accounts report payment delays and difficult exits. The buying decision is whether that service fits your operation at the full quoted cost. Ask the team to walk through a real invoice, a missed cutoff and a planned departure before choosing.

Getting paid

Match the deposit method to the bill you need to pay. A processed invoice is not proof the bank balance is available, especially around cutoffs and holidays.
