BigRoad puts driver logs and fleet oversight in one workflow, with an option to connect to Powerfleet’s wider dashboard. It is worth a demonstration if that is how you want to manage your trucks. Have a driver try the daily routine on your actual phone and vehicle, then walk through an inspection with your office. The buying decision also needs a practical support check and a clear exit cost. A useful interface alone does not settle whether the service will work for your operation.

What stands out
A closer look at BigRoad
Driver experience
What customers report
Several accounts find the interface approachable. One owner-operator describes a better experience after earlier problems.
Try a full shift handoff: select the truck, inspect it, certify the log and transfer a test record. Keep the driver involved in corrections; automatic driving entries are not freely editable.
